The actual vet staff is fantastic and would rate 5 stars. They have always provided excellent care for our dogs. They lose two stars due to the rude and uncaring nature of the front desk, particular one person who is always rude and consistently makes you wait while she stares at her computer.
My dog, Schatzie, and I received a warm and friendly greeting upon entering thru the door. This office is clean and fresh smelling.
Every staff member met Schatzie and commented how adorable her smile was!
Heather, the vet tech, embraced Schatzie as if she were her own dog. The love and patience given to my pet during our appointment was outstanding! Heather even brought in a jar of peanut butter and offered Schatzie a few spoonfuls!
Dr Taylor was kind and gentle as well as extremely informative!

Great staff, wonderful people. We found a dog in a parking lot, and took her in to have her microchip scanned. She didn't have one, but the entire staff came outside and one of them recognized her. They called the owner, and they were very quickly reunited!! Highly recommend this great group!
