The owner of this company, Mr Curtis Key got upset with me one day because I wasn’t driving fast enough and he didn’t have the time to get around me. He was forced to slow down and get behind me which he didn’t like. You see we both happened to be headed to Chick-Fil-A that morning for breakfast and he was upset that I, in no hurry because I had the time that morning, made it to the drive through line before him. I should mention I work for a local contractor and drive a company vehicle that is lettered with our logo and my truck has a distinct number on it so I am always aware that anyone at anytime can call and complain so I drive like an old man minding the rules...read full review

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner Curtis Key is the most disrespectful unprofessional person I have ever met. Their lack of skills and poor quality of service make them a liability to anyone who uses them. My only hope is this company goes out of business before they can do more damage.

My experience with Curtis Key Plumbing was very distasteful and left and extremely bad taste in my mouth, April 18, 2017 I had a scheduled appointment for 0700 and at 0721when the contractor had not shown up I reached out to the company and I was given the total run around for 15 mins and then told someone would be at my house within the hour, so my already planned out day had to be readjusted to meet the needs of this "PLUMBING COMPANY" I thought it was all about "CUSTOMER SERVICE".
