I've taken my kitty to 3 different vets in the VB area. This is definitely the best we've been to. She was comfortable exploring the room, the staff was nice and not pushy to her. They let me in the room to talk her through everything but brought her back to get her vaccines etc. She's spicy so I'm surprised they got her vaccines while she was awake without me holding her down. We put her to sleep to check out additional issues. I never had any questions along the way because they thoroughly explained everything. I never felt guilted that I have a spicy girl. They are amazing and you can tell that they actually care! They took the time to help get my dog comfortable as she is still young and a rescue so is quite timid. It is clear that they care about your animal and go over all options with you. The vets will spend time answering all your questions and don't make you feel rushed. The entire staff was great and greeted my dog with excitement the moment we walked through the door! Highly recommend. I will be using them for both my dogs going forward.
We have had the cooke veterinarian take care of all our pets. This veterinarian and staff truly care for you and your pets. Ant time we go, they will tell you the truth. And give you several options for a care plan. I want to tell you about the staff. They are professional and fun and so helpful. I have had to put down in September, and the room that they have for you is comforting and serene. The staff stay with you. And they feel the pain and shed a tear with us. They love the clients they have, and they help you as well. When one veterinarian can't quite be sure what is going on with the animal, they bring in the other veterinarian in that practice.
