Dr Shirin is wonderful. I've been a patient for 25 yrs and have always been satisfied. Since NP quit and Keema (her MA) left, the other 2 Dr's left, just about all of the support staff is new the service side is awful! My husband was also her patient he left. They are mostly rude and seem inexperienced. It takes multiple emails and calls to get help with anything. I hate to say it but I'm about to leave too. Covid seemed to be the beginning of the end
I have been seeing Dr. Krishnagiri for years. She listens to me and doesn't just throw medication at me. I leave voicemails occasionally or message through the ap and always hear back. There was an issue for a short time with the front desk person but that seems to be resolved. I'm typically greeting nicely. I'm very happy with Dr. K and her assistant.
I really love Dr. Mannix she is so thorough. The phlebotomist is amazing, I have a severe needle phobia and she is the most understanding and patient person. It is a small office with a lot of patients so yes there are longer delays with contacting someone but it's totally worth it to me
