Training through Changing Lives Martial Arts offers benefits to students of all ages and ability levels. Members are empowered with valuable skills that aid in all aspects of life including: *Self-Confidence *Physical Fitness *Balance *Coordination *Self-Defense *Concentration Over the past 30+ years, the academy has adapted curriculum to students of all ages and abilities. Children may begin training as early as age 3 in the preschool program to improve coordination and balance. Other programs like Karate for Kids give pre-teen children an activity outside of typical team sports. And there are always adults that start at any age. It is never too early or too late to improve your mind and body with our martial arts programs!
