Don was very helpful to decide on the flooring. This is the second time we have purchased flooring from Carpet World. The return was particularly due to Don spending the time with us to make an informed decision

Your installers were great and very polite. Arrived on time and got right to work. After finishing the requested install the lead installer pointed out an error with one of the steps in the stairwell not being installed correctly. Within minutes it was corrected to match the rest of the steps. Would not except payment for the repair. Great job. We will recommend you do in the future.
