In June 2024, we reached out to Bust-A-Bug after our tenant delayed reporting a roach infestation until it became severe. Blake immediately assessed the situation and knew exactly which treatment plan would best resolve the issue. We agreed to an intensive initial treatment, which included traps and monitors, spraying, gel bait, and educating our tenant on preventive measures to avoid future issues. The plan involved follow-up treatments every two weeks, with the expectation that the unit would be clear of roaches by September or October 2024 if we adhered to the protocol.

Always on time for services. Employees are courteous. Came back to service the house after initial service did not get rid of pests. No issues since. Will continue to use this service in the future.
Very responsive to help when ants took advantage of toddlers leaving muffins out. They have great communication and their products work to keep bugs out without spraying chemicals in our home.
