We finally decided to send our 26 years old HVAC system to a better life! Chris Johnson came up with a very reasonable proposal for our home and we went for it, he was kind enough to accommodate us a day earlier than the original installation day since we’re leaving the state. The crew showed up on time and went at it! Very professionals and knowledgeable technicians, cannot say enough about the great experience we have working with Bud’s, the best in the area! I do not normally provide a review, as I expect that a company will do the work correctly. I am making an exception for Bud's however. I would highly recommend this company for exceptional HVAC coverage. I bought my units through Costco. Bud's is the only HVAC dealer certified by the area Costco. From my initial discussion with the Bud's Rep (Reba) at Costco I felt confident with this company. Bud's "Comfort Advisor", (Steve) the liaison with Costco, came to my home, and after listening carefully to my needs, put together an out-the-door unit/installation quote for the unit that would meet my minimum needs and as I requested two upgraded unit quotes. Steve clearly explained the pros and cons of each of the three choices but there was no pressure to purchase the upgrades. After my decision, Steve provided me with an installation date. Stephanie at Bud's did all the work to purchase the units from Costco - I had some DocuSign paperwork. Bud's technicians (Jason and Tavon) arrived on time at 8:15 on the scheduled day. They both explained the work they would be doing, and throughout the installation process kept me updated on the progress and gladly answered my many questions. From my first conversation with Reba, each Bud’s representative emphasized their goal was to ensure my units were working “perfectly” when they finished – they did just that!!
