I have used Brooks electric for over 15 years for my HVAC and electrical work in my own residence and 2 rental properties. They have always done an excellent job at a reasonable price. I also trust them. When other vendors have tried to talk me into buying a new HVAC unit, Brooks explained exactly what was wrong and made repairs to the existing unit, keeping it running for years and saving me thousands of dollars.
