Dr shields is amazing with crazy, but sweet bull terrier pup, RJ! She is so patient, very knowledgable, and I do not trust anyone else with my baby! She is very quick to email me results and provide a follow up phone call, which I appreciate her taking time out of her day to personally call me! The girls at the front are very quick to respond to medication refills. I do miss the later appt times and the saturday appts options. But overall, Dr Shields is amazing!!
I originally changed to Barker Animal Hospital because they’re less expensive than the vet I was using. However, had I known that our baby was going to be treated at Barker like we treat her, I would have gone there when we first adopted her. Everyone is so pleasant. They always call to check on our dog after her visits - something I really appreciate. There is very seldom any wait; and, if there is, they are SO apologetic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
I absolutely love the staff here. It is very calming for my cats, they take the time to talk to me and my cats. It is a very clean environment and the staff are professional and knowledegable. They also kept me updated when the vet was running behind schedule.
