What can I say, this was not a purchase we wanted to make, liners are so pricey. When I went in to choose our liner design the staff was extremely helpful and once I chose our design, they had me take it outside to see how I liked it in the sunshine.Scheduling was a concern, the liner takes two weeks to come in but we had to wait another month to have it installed due to staffing issues- an everyday struggle (lately) for businesses. The install was a breeze! Their employees were so nice and did such a terrific job! They explained the process from start to finish and delivered on their promise. We appreciated their attention to detail and their professionalism, in this day and age we truly value people that care about their trade, it gives us a newfound respect. Anyone can sellyou a liner but their customer service after the sale was spot on!You will not be disappointed if you go with Aqua Leisure for your new pool liner, trust me!

After buying a home that had an existing pool, I was in need of expert assistance, and I found it here. The store is well stocked. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, and eager to assist. I am so comfortable with this company, I am leaving all my pool needs in their hands.

Back in June, we bought a house with a pool, because we thought that it was such a great idea (clasps hands)! We have children who LOVE to swim and my husband grew up by the beach so they are all great swimmers. In our last home in GA, we survived lockdown during the pandemic with an inflatable pool so of course, this was a major upgrade....until a couple of months after we moved into our new home, the problems began to surface. I don't know how many times we have dropped by Aqua Leisure Pools (ALP) since moving in for pool water testing, salt, chlorine, troubleshooting for the pool pump etc., but the guys there have all been so, so helpful, like a neighbor lending a helping hand. Most of the time, they'll suggest bringing in whatever part and they'll help look at it or test it and then give their recommendations. I mean, they're not the cheapest, but we want to give them our business because they have our trust! We're now in the process of getting a new pool liner (holy crap, why do they cost so much?!) because the last time we had the pool inspected, they found about 100+ holes that had been patched previously. So we're purchasing from ALP, because of the way they have treated us since the beginning. To my surprise, they stay open all year round. I believe they close Sundays. I guess they open for all the hot tub owners and clients that keep their pool open all year long too? The shop is on Battlefield, in the same lot as Carvel ( I feel so bad at times when we're going to ALP and the kids think we're getting ice cream LOL...). I believe they have multiple locations around CoVA as well. Highly recommend ALP! Stay safe, Friends!
