We've used Ali-Cor twice for non-emergency issues and both times they were able to come within a few days and solved the problem. Once was a cartridge change in the shower, the other time was clogged drains. Brandon was polite and professional both times.

Brandon, came out to install new toilet and faucet. He did a wonderful job! And was very polite, professional and friendly. And the price was fair, and you get fast service. I would highly recommend this company!
