The shop is adorable, owner is super pretty and friendly and she gave me the cutest bangs ever that I’ve wanted forever, and she always gives my boyfriend the cutest hair cuts :) 10/10 would recommend even if you’re just wanting something small.Services: Hairstyling

I am VERY PICKY about my hair. I thought I had to go to an upscale Richmond salon to professionally go from black to blonde and get a sleek, stylish cut. So that's what I did. And I spent an embarrassing amount of money to end up with brittle, orange hair. I waited a few months for my hair to recover and, on a whim, walked into Shear Design. I am soooo grateful I did. Kim knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. She gave me an amazing cut that was not just what I asked for, but was also the best solution for the texture of my hair. She then corrected the color with the precision of a surgeon. I can finally say I LOVE my blonde hair! It's got incredible low lights and highlights and no hint of red, LOL! It looks like I was born with this color and my husband loves it. I can't recommend her enough. She is skilled, knowledgeable and experienced... and she has a client for life! Thank you Kim!
