I worked at Zephyr for around 2 years and can testify that this is the best residential HVAC company in Charlottesville.

Jesse (the owner) personally spent every day with me ensuring that I had disciplined service and installation procedures and ways of thinking which reflected his own. Wonderful team! Called to let me know they were on their way and came in on time! They were very friendly with our family dog and gave her lots of love. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They showed me everything that was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. They even made a video for my husband so he would have all the information when he got home from work. They were very upfront about the most cost effective solutions and even made some phone calls to see what parts were under warranty. The Zephyr team was great. I called them on a Sunday and they came over Monday morning. When I explained the issue I was having with one of my air conditioners, they knew exactly what to do to fix it.
