Mike from WE Brown responded today to my complaint that my HVAC system installed by WE Brown was not blowing cold air. Mike inspected the full system and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made the necessary equipment replacement, chemically cleaned the outside unit to get the system operating properly. His professional and friendly attitude and quick response are much appreciated.

Sam was an obviously experience technician who performed a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. He clearly explained each needed maintenance step and why it was needed. I would highly recommend W.E. Brown based on this experience.

WE Brown is the third H&A contractor we have had in CVille. We have been with them for three years. They are not the biggest, but they are the best.
They also have an electrical division. I had a breaker fail. They were out the same day and fixed it.
For example, our AC unit quick working on a hot summer day. I called and got priority service. WE Brown was there within the hour and we had AC that afternoon. With our last contractor, we got put on a list and sweated for two days.
