The staff here are beyond amazing and I'm so grateful to have found them. We had the unfortunate need to visit this office on 2 different occasions for my chocolate lab, Riley. The first time for cancer surgery. The surgeon and staff were wonderful. The surgeon was thorough and patient with me, explaining everything about the type or cancer she had and all my options. We went forward with surgery and the staff were so kind (putting up with my check in calls all through the day of surgery and the night Riley had to spend with them). What an amazing facility!! I was referred by my vet who was able to get me in quickly for some emergent issues with my cat. The staff- from the initial call from Ivy who scheduled the appointment and advised me of costs and online paperwork, Grace who was so very kind as she retrieved my kitty from the car and took him inside for his ultrasound, Dr. Purnell who was professional, informative, and helpful in providing options to help with my cat's health issues, Mikaela the outstanding vet tech who answered questions and instructed us as to how to correctly administer vital meds, and the ladies at checkout who were so very polite and friendly- each and every person... read full review
My dog was very sick and in need of surgery to remove a foreign object lodged in the flesh under his tongue. He had a lump the size of a tennis ball under his jaw and I had no idea what was wrong with him. Dr. Schillinger diagnosed him very quickly and performed the delicate operation the next morning. A complete success in the hands of a skilled surgeon!I love my dog so much and was so happy with the outcome!A big thanks to all the staff at VVS for their wonderful care of my dog!
