“I am very pleased with the service from the team at Bartlett. My representative Chris A. is an absolute professional and an all - around great guy. I hired Bartlett to care for all my newly planted trees in my yard on an annual basis. Chris came to my house and inspected all the trees and was so very professional and he really knew his stuff and gave me info on what my trees needed. He even pointed out the issues with a Dogwood tree (Mechanical Damage and a Bore Issue) that I had and that was actually the responsibility of the Nursery who planted it as it existed before the Nursery would have planted it, so I was able to get a replacement tree from them at no cost to me. I just began my annual program and Keith the Arborist was here this week to fertilize all my trees and this work was done off a soil test that Chris did for me on his first visit. Well, it was only a few days ago and I can see that my Magnolia has already improved and also the new replacement Cherry Tree that was suffering from transplant shock also quickly showed signs of improvement and it has only been a couple of days since Keith did the injections into the soil. Keith was also very professional and well-presented and he contacted me that day telling me that he would be by and then texted me once he was done. I am extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism and glad that my trees are in such good hands!!!!!!“
