Updating my review as the information I posted isn't accurate and has been remedied. I will be paying the bill via check.

Separately, keeping 1 star off because they don't have an online payment portal and you have to call in or mail a check which is an outdated practice. I also found that other similar companies and CPA's in the area charge about 30% less than they do for a similar tax situation. This is just preference of course. I didn't feel like a valued customer here, just a number, and for how small they are I'd expected a little more.

QuickFix has had a really great experience with Chuck and his team. The tech stuff is fun, but taxes are totally intimidating to me! Daniel worked with us to get things organized and efficient. He also let us know things we really needed to care about v/s things that we were a little too attached to. This was incredibly helpful. What a great group of caring, listening folks! I highly recommend them for personal or business taxes.
