Max, AJ, and Graham are awesome! Southern Air recently replaced one of my HVAC systems and installed a generator. They were friendly, communicated clearly, showed up when expected, and generously answered all of my questions. Thank you so much. I can't recommend them enough.
We are really happy with our install from Southern Air. First Adam Phillips was so good to work with. He came quickly and knew exactly what was needed. Our installers, AJ and Graham were the best! They were pleasant and friendly, accommodating but most importantly, they were knowledgeable and efficient. Both were mindful of not tracking up the house although they worked in the rain for two of the days they were here. We could not have asked for two nicer young men than these. Sam came quickly when something additional was needed and lastly Stacy in the office was so helpful too, answering our questions and reassuring us when needed. We recently called Southern Air to install a two stage mini split HVAC unit. Our house is nearly one hundred years old and is a craft built structure. Tyler and crew from SA did a masterful job with this complicated installation. Several years back Southern Air Residential replaced our very old heat pumps. They have returned annually to inspect them and insure they are performing properly. The folks at Southern Air have always exceeded our expectations from scheduling to clean up. They appreciate us being customers and we always enjoy working with them.
