I requested an estimate at 9am on a Monday and was emailed within an hour. Spoke at about 10:30 and the flowers were delivered by 2.30. I even got a text with a picture of the arrangement. Superb customer service and a lovely arrangement.

I live in California and wanted to send a Get Well plant to my sister in Charlottesville. Randomly, I called Secret Gardens. Betty Jo was amazing. She found a beautiful live flowered plant and delivered it in a few hours. So happy. I am blown away by the incredible customer service! She is the best. She sent me an email confirmation of my order and even sent me a picture of the plant! Don't look any further for a florist. This is the place to go. Truly.

I am a freelance floral designer with a passion for the garden. With a love of the classic garden style, I accept all work from bouquets to events. Each design is unique to that Bride or Client., And each design includes stems from my garden as well as local farms. This is not a shop open to the public, but rather a garden property with a workshop… you need an appointment to visit this address? I’m open to calls anytime seven days a week , delivery is best a day in advance, but I will deliver locally if possible on the day of your call…
