I called Rotor-Rooter after having another Cville company come out TWICE to try to fix my sump-pump problem. Rotor-Rooter's Master plumber - JON BRYANT came out and he was able to diagnose the problem instantly. What I thought was going to be a total sump-pump replacement was an easy fix for him. A few weeks later, I had another plumbing issue with my new remodeled bathroom where my contractor could not figure it out and Jon Bryant came out again and because of his expertise, he knew exactly what the problem was and give me a simple fix. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Jon Bryant for any and all plumbing issues!!!
Will was amazing! We had to call him back because we missed the clog the first time. He came back found the problem and cleared it no questions. He did it all while being a great person. He was willing to go the extra mile to make us happy and whole. Thank you Will!!
