Excellent customer service and attention to customer's preference in frames makes Professional Optical Service a cut way above the big chains. During my years in Charlottesville, I never trusted anyone but Gene for my optical needs.
Gene's customer service and optical service skills are exceptional! This business is clearly his passion and craft.. I only wish I had been going to see him sooner. I visit UVA Ophthalmology annually (since childhood) and was recommended by a staff member to see Gene in 2018. The first pair of frames he touched were perfect. I have purchased several pair since and haven't looked back. Highly respected and recommended.
