First let me say Dr. Adams does GENTLE movements to your body. I had quite a few injuries going on and Dr. Adams has done an excellent job of fixing them and at the same time keeping my body doing well. I have been very active over the years, running, tennis, golf, yard work and equestrian sports throughout. I have back, rotator cuff, shoulder, neck and foot issues. I’ll have been greatly improved by seeing Dr. Adams! She encourages you to keep doing what you love.

I started seeing Dr Adams for pain I was having in my lower back and legs. She quickly diagnosed the problem; set me up with a plan and I was better within a few weeks.

15/10 would recommend!! Dr. Adams has change my life for the best yet. I feel younger than I have in 15 years. After a brain injury, I feared for my future and my career. Under her care, she had both improved my brain function, and my chronic pain from an injury in 2005. I thought chronic pain and headaches were part of my life. She has showed it doesn’t have to be anymore. My riding has improved tremendously and my horse is going amazingly well. Call her today. I promise it’s well, well worth the investment.
