Merry Maids of Charlottesville

I have never reviewed anyone's service work, good or bad, but I have to share the unreliability of this company. The manager is very apologetic but the late shows and even a no show are unprofessional, particularly when we have to do so much planning to have the big dogs out of the house. The few times they were successful on showing up I had to go back and clean behind them. I was able to get money back on the work not completed, but mostly the unreliability had me call it quits with them.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They didn't do the work agreed upon, lied to me about it, and now won't process the resulting negotiated credit. They have taken no accountability, did a terrible job and lied to my face. NEVER use these people if truth and a good job are important to you.

I enthusiastically endorse the Merry Maids. They are friendly, professional, and thorough. They also are very flexible if I need to change the schedule.
