Fantastic experience start to finish. Excellent care.Previous to my visit to Dr. Gonce, I had a terrible experience with a rude, dismissive doctor at another clinic in the Pantops area, Horizon; Not knowing what to expect since it was my first ever eye exam, he disregarded my sensitivity to bright light due to a severe PTSD response it caused, (despite my explaining this before the exam even began); so I was very nervous to have my eyes examined again--fearful almost. But my experience at Dr. Gonce's office was completely the opposite. Each and every one of the staff were so friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly, putting me at total ease.
