Intrastate Pest Control sold to American Pest. I was an Intrastate Pest customer for many years. Their service was excellent from customer service to the technicians. Pricing was far, tool. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about American Pest. I terminated my contract with American Pest two months later and went with Healthy Homes Pest Control. They are great.Services: Spider extermination
I was not overly impressed. Inspector told me I had a termite problem. Then the service technician came and pointed out that the termites had been treated already. They also messed up the appointment time and failed to update my account with my correct email address. It was a total blues clues operation. The only reason i give them 3 stars is because the technician was honest and was able to honor the original appointment time. It says alot about a company when your technician has to apologize for the mistakes that the office and corporate make.
I have used Interstate for many years. We had the same service man for years and he was wonderful. However, since they have changed owners the service has really gone down hill. Someone different comes every time. The cost has gone up but the service has gone way down. They also never show up on time. Looking for something new .
