I have gone to Dr.Heppner for years and have loved it there she added a new chiropractor and massages therapist Dr.Wilder and she is amazing. I have been going to her for my massages and it’s the best I have ever had. I travel a lot and have had massages all over the world she is amazing. My husband has been going to her for Chiropractor care and we both highly recommended DR.Wilder for both services
I am pregnant and started seeing Dr. Wilder last week for sciatic nerve pain. She was very attentive and gave great advice on things I can work on at home. Her adjustments were painless and as soon as I stood up I felt much better. I followed her adjustment with a 45 minute massage by her which was also incredible and continued to make me feel better. I saw her two days later for another adjustment and at this point I am nearly pain free. Dr. Wilder is a true professional and is fantastic at her job! I would recommend her to anyone but especially pregnant women trying to get some relief—pair her adjustment up with a massage you will not leave disappointed!
Always been skeptical about Chiropractic care especially after a previous regiment with a place in Charlottesville I won't name. I have always had back issues due to various things and most recently it got severe, to the point I had to figure out something. So I do a lot of research prior to most any thing and after reaching out to my PCP for recommendations along with my own research, it all led to Dr. Heppner after outstanding praise from my PCP.
