Had an appointment for a routine exam. Staff was helpful, polite and they had a great sense of humor! A lot of people in waiting area but I was still seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Doctors assistant was very kind and personable. Dr. Richmond was professional and honest with explaining price's and my options. I recommend some of my coworkers to make a appointment. Thank you everyone at EyeOne!

This office has not been the same since Dr. Long has left. Continuously changes Doctors can't keep the same one on staff for more than a few months. Continuous struggle to make appointments because of staff changes.

Health issues can crop up at the most inopportune times that are problematically outside of normal office hours, which often lead to prolonged pain, and added stress. Wife's pain was so bad that I called over a holiday weekend. On Sunday at 8AM the doctor came in to examine her. It can be rare to find health professionals that really care and put patients over their family time. Much appreciated.
