Evergreen Homebuilders built my wife and I a semi-custom home in a new planned community. From start to finish and beyond our experience could not have been better. From the sales team to the project manager, they were all on the same page and worked seamlessly to deliver us a great home on time and on budget. Relocating from California to Charlottesville, we took the risk of buying a home sight unseen and we feel incredibly fortunate as the home was built without our input as we were 3000 miles away selling our place. We love our home! We would get periodic updates with photos as the house was being built and when we finally arrived, closed the sale, got the key and walked into our gleaming new place we were thrilled. Absolutely, no regrets!
The Evergreen team has been great to work with throughout our home building process. I followed and took pictures of every part as it was being built.
