I've been in Rachel's wonderful capable hands for 5 years!
She helps my muscles recover from adventures on the hiking trails, and to get ready for new ones! I literally couldn't be out there without her.
She's a great and caring listener, and always has thoughtful and skilled solutions. I always feel taller and stronger after leaving our sessions.
Rachel is amazing at giving a massage that is healing not only for the body, but the mind and soul as well. She is attentive to what you need, and remembers what is going on, asking questions and noting if something feels different. She is kind and caring and very skilled, and obviously has a lot of experience. She put me at ease and I knew I was ( literally!) in the hands of a skilled and gifted person. It takes trust to have someone give you a massage, and she makes you feel safe and at ease. Her office is warm and inviting and so is she-I leave feeling better physically but also just happier and at peace. Thank you Rachel!!
Rachel is an incredibly talented massage therapist, especially when it comes to deep tissue work.
