Austin the tech was very courteous and professional. I went with David Ashcom initially and they came out quickly and promptly fixed my issue. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.
Austin T., has been our regular tech for at least two years, checking our systems before things get really cold and before the heat of summer and he always, always took the time to do thoughtfully considered and thorough work, while providing reasoned and objective information on the state of our now "late middle age" systems. He's the kind of person you feel safe giving the keys to the house so you can run errands while he's working. The company is highly regarded by our neighbors and associates. Five stars.
