Comfort Source has serviced the HVAC system in the building where I operate my law practice for many years. Recently, the aging AC system (which they have nursed along for years) finally failed after a long and prodigious life. When HVAC outside noise didn’t sound normal, Comfort Source jumped on my service request. I very much appreciate their attention to scheduling & staffing to find the tech for the task and a time sooner than later as I hope to avoid escalating issues and a system failure in midst of the heat. This has been our experience for than 2 years after another company was unable to sustain level of setvice.
