We had an amazing experience with Carpets Plus. After our first rug was lost in transit by the manufacturer they were all over it getting a new one expedited including personally delivering it to our home. White glove service!

We’ve hired Carpet Plus twice now and had an excellent experience both times.
1st time: Carpet install in our newly remodeled loft. Working with the sales team was easy and the installation crew did a quality job.
2nd time: LVP install on our kitchen floor. Once again the sales team was great to work with—specifically Brian Shelton. He made great recommendations and found a quality LVP that fit our budget.
There was a bit of a mishap the day of the install. The crew arrived but then left after saying they had nowhere to park due to snow / ice. I called Carpet Plus and they quickly rescheduled for the next day.... read full review
