The staff at the Blue Ridge Ophthalmology was friendly, professional, and very competent. During my initial visit, Dr. Collins and his staff completed one of the most thorough and professional evaluation of my eyes I have ever experienced. The examination report was very thorough, accurate and included a detailed diagnosis and plan section to successful conduct cataract surgery on my very challenging cataract surgery eye that had been physically injured years ago. This injury prevented this eye from being dilated and also created serious additional surgical complications and risks. The Blue Ridge Ophthalmology organization is by far the best I have ever experienced.

Dr. Rita Page at Blue Ridge Ophthalmology is by far the best Ophthalmologist I have ever had. She provides the highest quality care and personalized attention. When cataract surgery was prescribed to correct vision in both eyes, I was hesitant. Dr. Page thoroughly explained the procedure and lens options. Her staff was extremely helpful in setting up the surgery dates, follow-up appointments, and even provided a referral for transportation to and from the surgery site. The surgery was easier than expected and the result an absolute miracle. Driving at night is now a pleasure as well as no longer needing to wear glasses!
