Beck Cohen worked on our house several years for a major remodel and they are the only company we would call to help us with a recent water leak problem in the basement. Andy knew how to access and repair the leaking connections and we were really relieved to have the problem fixed. Can’t thank you all enough!

Bobby Smith was great. He texted me his arrival time and showed up on time. Even time he came in and out of the house he put on his shoe covers. He was very pleasant and was able to diagnose and fix my problem. Thanks Bobby!

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the technician arrived outside of the planned window and no notification was provided. Perhaps plan to notify customers if the prior jobs are taking longer than anticipated. Apart from that I had a 5 star experience with David, and customer service was great!
