“I came in to get my roots bleached and the whole thing toned since I had a convention to attend that weekend, and it was a dream. The place is clean (next to godliness, clean), and the atmosphere was cool and comfortable. Erica was my stylist for the day, and she's amazing! She was super patient with me, and she's really good at picking up and adjusting to how much a client wants to talk. That might sound weird, but my conversational skills will fluctuate a lot over the time it takes to color my hair, so this is highest praise, I swear. She was also really gentle with my sensitive scalp, and in the end, I walked out with probably the best color I've seen in my hair in a long time.
