I’ve had a few injuries this year and trusted Christina every time to get me back to my active lifestyle.
Each time my recovery program is tailored to my injury and needs - no preprogrammed physical therapy. The programs always feel progressive and working towards getting me healthy and the tools to maintain on my own.
I don’t hope for another injury but I know who I will turn to when I do.
It's a top notch experience! Due to soccer, I've been suffering from patella tendonitis for a long time. I've seen another PT and haven't seen much progress. I was starting to lose hope that it would ever improve. A few people had recommended Christina to me. My goal with Airrosti was to get a second opinion and to truly understand what was going on.
