This review is long overdue. I was fortunate enough to tour a home being shown by Barbara Geiman from this company. She showed me the house and was very knowledgeable, but most important she took the time to listen and really get a feel for the needs of me and my family. In the end she recommended we look at another property, one not managed by her company, that she thought would suit our needs and our price range better. The property she recommended was perfect and we’ve been living here nearly three months now. We are very grateful to Barbara for looking out for us even when it didn’t help her bottom line at all.

Barbara with property management was very responsive anytime we reached out to her. She even went out of her way to bring us a check when an automatic payment has incorrectly come out of our account at the end of our lease, on the same day we contacted her. After moving, we forgot to change our address when we ordered from Amazon. We contacted her and she responded right away. She contacted the new tenants and even drove out that same day so we could get our packages. I have rented from quite a few companies, and none of them have been as quickly to respond as Barbara. She is wonderful!

We have lived in a first dominion townhouse for 2.5 years and we love it. The only reason we’re moving is because we’re all moving out on our own. We have loved the home, the price was reasonable, and the maintenance man was great. We’re gonna miss it like crazy.
