I have been seeing Tora at Zen Holistics for several years & she never disappoints. I have several problems that are spine related and her therapeutic massages have been very helpful in that regard.. overall I feel refreshed and already looking forward to my next weekly massage. I haven't been anywhere else since finding Tora at Zen!

I had my very first massage ever at Zen Holistics with Tora. I'll admit I was nervous because I have had heard many horror stories about massages going wrong, but I have a really bad back issue and hit a point where I needed relief. I was able To schedule my appt online and I was able to schedule it conveniently around my busy work schedule.Tora was very professional and was extremely helpful in explaining all the different services, what they do and help, and helped me decide what's the perfect one for my back issue. She was very nice and patient with me And made my first massage experience very pleasant. she made me feel very comfortable even tho I was feeling uncomfortable being undressed with a sheet and thin blanket on in front of someone else but she made the uneasiness disappear. Her trigger point therapy relieved my tight back with knots. Her pressure was perfect and not to hard like I thought it would be. I am now going to be getting massages once a month from tora (yes she offers monthly memberships too!!!). If it's your first massage I recommend zen Holistics and Tora because her calming demeanor and professionalism is perfect for those nervous first timers like me

Tora is AMAZING. I found her via groupon and signed up for a membership after my first massage, which wasn't something I had really been thinking about doing (and there was no pressure from her to do so). She gives a super effective deep tissue massage for a very reasonable price compared to other massage therapists in the area. She puts you at ease and clearly cares very much about her craft and her clients. I injured my back recently and Tora managed to get me on her schedule as soon as I was able to be up and about - and made a huge difference in my recovery. I can't recommend her highly enough!
