I had a 2015 MacBook that wouldn’t boot and Apple tech wanted $450 to diagnose and possible repair was a bad logic board. Randy at RMACS was able to research and do minimal troubleshooting and determine it was a probably a high failure component on the logic board. Randy shared a YouTube video with me that showed a micro-miniature repair tech troubleshooting a problem like mine on a MacBook. This help and recommendation was exactly what I needed. Great service and response. Since being sent home to work remotely, been using personal computer (i-Mac)... older one... and had pushed it apparently too far and needed repair. After discussions and review, Randy took on the job and spent much time trying to make repairs after much time and work helping to thin out old software and apps. He had me back up and pushing out work again... graphics. Top job and friendly service. He is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you very much.

Working with RMAC, Randy, was not only a great customer experience, but now a great professional relationship with any Macintosh products that I own. Randy was prompt, kept really well in touch, and was sure that I was aware of the information loss, along with the costs that would be associated with the care of my computer. Anyone who owns a mac computer knows how big of a pain in the butt working with the “Genius” bar and waiting in a store surrounded by people who primarily only want to play with the new products, generally not real customers. This zoo can be completely avoided by dealing with a great small American business, run by a genuine and professional individual.... read full review
