Worst experience ever … i got my outfit back & one piece is turned from pink to yellow? The color of that yellow piece was Pink before i dropped it off … it is a 3 piece outfit & it wasn’t cheap !! How am i supposed to wear this now to a wedding tomorrow?
They ruined my outfit that cost me a lot !
I’ve been calling them & they are simply ignoring me and not answering my phone.

Ruined 3 pairs of new pants doing basic hemming. Took in 6 pairs: 3 were fine but 3 got perma-creased down the middle for absolutely no good reason (which ruined the pants). There's even a no-crease label on the pants...which clearly they didn't pay attention to.Not sure what to do. Even if they refund me it won't cover the cost of the 3 pants...I could look at small claims I guess. But that's a hassle.Will never go back.

I just want to say props to the cashier for being professional while handling another customer that was in front of me. This lady in front of me is STINGY. She’s asking for service for a delicate and very detailed Indian dress, so of course it will be more expensive. The lady was able to haggle down to a 10% discount after about 5 minutes of talking the price down. 10% is nothing to scoff at for this kind of job, yet she greeds for more. The cashier did a great job at explaining the amount of work this dress entails, and why they can not go lower. Which is when I rudely interrupted, and asked the lady if she was broke.
