There are many reasons for the high rating of my experience with Mr. Appliance of Centreville, VA. 1. The technician, Marshall, was immaculately dressed, polite, and completely professional. He created an excellent first impression when I opened the door. 2. Mr. Appliance has the policy of texting and/or emailing the customer before they arrive to provide their approximate arrival. In both house-calls, Marshall's arrival was within minutes of the text and towards the earlier part of the window for the house-call. This was extremely helpful to me as the customer. 3. Marshall, took every precaution to include wearing booties in the house to make sure that no accidental damage occurred. 4. Immediately after discovering the problem with my dishwasher, I was presented with a complete statement of what parts were needed, the exact cost, and an estimate of how long it would take. This too was most appreciated. No waiting to hear from the company with an "estimate". I learned the true cost. 5. Marshall was friendly and willing to discuss the process as his diagnosis was in progress. He is articulate and a true asset to Mr. Appliance on Centreville. I recommend this company without hesitation for the excellent job and my entire experience dealing with this service provider.
