I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years, but Penny Chrissomallis was absolutely the VERY BEST!! She is the consummate professional with years of experience selling homes in Maryland. When I was ready to list a property for sale in Maryland, I contacted several agents to preview the recently remodeled property and give me a competitive market analysis (CMA) and marketing plan to sell the house. Had the pleasure of working with Mary to sell my parents home in the Chantilly Highland subdivision of Oak Hill. The home required updating before it was sold and she helped identify qualified and referenced contractors to perform the work. The house was listed and sold the first weekend for asking price. This is the third time we worked with Mary and we highly recommend her.

Mary listed my property recently. I called at least fifteen agents and found Mary to be the most professional out of all of them.
