Mann-In technician did superb job to remedy heat unit out. He diagnosed problem and removed battery from wall thermostat and did override to get unit running again. A small job because of his . honesty and integrity. He is to be commended by the company cause could see others just want to replace an older unit. Misplaced invoice otherwise would cite his name. Reason been customer of Mann-In for over 20 years.

Nate is cheerful, provides great service, and has a wealth of knowledge. He is also willing to explain things so I can learn about the way the system works too, which is appreciated.

We are very happy with Nate and the great Mann-In service! Nate in the Service Dept. and the Office Staff too are true professionals! They are very friendly and always concerned about providing the best service possible. Nate has provided us superior service visits, he is always willing to answer questions, and he has a lot of useful knowledge about heating and cooling systems.
