“My husband nephew was getting married in VA. I was looking for a makeup artist for myself and my daughter. I was talking to several people then I came across Tina. She was wonderful from the beginning. Even though we were all the way in NJ, talking to Tina gave me confident that I found the right person. And she was! She did an excellent job doing our hairs and makeup. Not only that she is such a pleasant person to work with. I will use her again this year when second nephew will get married. I highly recommend her.“

We did a trial first to figure out what I liked, and Swati was very accommodating about making adjustments based on what I thought from the trial. Swati is very kind and a great person to chat with during your wedding weekend!Swati also helped me get hair and makeup artists to help with some of my family members which also worked very smoothly!Swati was extremely professional, she was extremely punctual and did a great job with my makeup even given the limited time between my ceremony and reception. “Duaa was absolutely amazing! I came to her for my wedding makeup through a friend’s recommendation. I had spent the previous week speaking to wedding make up artists in the DMV and found major issues with each one — either they didn’t have experience with a wide variety of skin tones, or charged an unreasonable amount, or had a very rigid and formal process that made it feel more like a factory conveyor belt — some had all three issues! But not Duaa. She was professional and personable.Before the wedding: I went to Duaa to get my skin ready. She recommended some great products to treat my skin that I could get at cvs and Sephora (most spas I’ve been to want you to buy their $80 exclusive products instead of recommending accessible alternatives). I had 3 facials with Duaa, one per month leading up to the wedding. She cleaned and treated my skin based on what it needed. I also got a Dermaplanning treatment. Every visit to Duaa was a relaxing experience. She answered all of my questions with patience. I even brought my fiancé in for a facial — it was his first time ever and he had a great experience.Days of wedding: I hired Duaa to do my makeup for two days. In the first she did mine, my 8 bridesmaids AND my mom. Everyone came out perfect. She was able to work quick given our schedule yet still carried out her work with care. My mom looked 20 years younger, she loved it!On the second day she did my makeup for our traditional ceremony as well as my mom’s.If I could give her 10 stars I would. Duaa does great work and is a lovely human being. My only regret is that I have moved from the DMV and can’t continue to go to her for regular facials.“

“I tried two other aestheticians in the area, both in Georgetown and the experiences weren't the best. I didn't feel comfortable with the first one and the second disappeared. I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Wax from Chateau Speechless in 2017. Her booking website clearly stated what days and times Groupon services would be available. I loved the experience so much that I have been a client ever since. Third times the charm! I finally found MY aesthetician that gave me all the right vibes, quality work, well priced, and conveniently located. Ms. Cherie has always been professional, respectful, and courteous to me and her other clients. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment. She's accommodated me several times when I've needed last minute appointment changes. If I need to contact her, then I send a text instead of calling because she's with clients and always recieve a prompt response. Please note, any subpar reviews are probably from Groupon purchasers that either didn't read/ follow the booking instructions or felt entitled to attempt to run her business how they wanted her to. I've seen and heard this complaint from varying businesses about certain Groupon users being disrespectful.“

“A wonderful salon! I had been frequenting a popular chain salon in Dulles, always came away with a dissatisfied feeling. Decided to try Lunaz (with Francis), have been several times now, and love it! Francis is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She really takes her time with her clients, which has resulted in my hair looking and feeling better than it has in years! I am also loving my Kevin Murphy products purchased at Lunaz. “Mia is AMAZING! She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about hair. When I was there, I felt like I had her undivided attention and my hair goals and concerns were the focus. I have never been to a salon that's not full of women waiting their turn to be serviced. I was literally the only person there and her timing was impeccable. When I arrived, she was finishing up with a client and I didn't have to wait. It was my first time going to her so I was unsure of what I wanted exactly... we decided to do a keratin treatment which would take longer than my scheduled time and she called the next client to inform them ahead of time that she was running behind and offered a free service for their inconvenience. How considerate! When she finished, my hair looked amazing! I have never had a keratin treatment before so I had some questions about different products to use on my hair about a week later. I called not expecting an answer and she answered and was happy to answer all of my questions. This actually happened several times after and she always happily assists me anytime I have questions. She is my stylist angel!“

I've had my scalp and hair analyzed and treated by Eric, Lisa cuts, colors and styles my hair beautifully, and Janice the aesthetician, gives me the best facials, using the highest quality products imported from South Korea and Japan. This place is ran by amazing people, who charge fair prices, while delivering the highest quality. The salon is warm and inviting and you feel welcomed and are treated like family by the husband and wife team who run it. I can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. “My wife used glam set go for her wedding day hair and makeup. Sonali was very responsive and Areyka was a Rockstar with a makeup brush. Only issue was we had a change of hair stylist literally 24 hours before the wedding because Rita's skills were needed elsewhere. Though Victoria (the replacement) was great, the hair wasn't the same as the trial as a result.
