Both in store and on the websites it states that they offer waxing, shaving, and massages. I came in as a walk in to ask and began speaking to me in Spanish. Now I totally don’t mind that, I’m trying my best to pick it up as a second language but when they found out I was American, they became cold and distant and I suddenly felt as if I was an outsider that wasn’t wanted. So when I asked if I could set up an appointment for a shave they rejected me and told me that they don’t have the equipment available to perform the task….at a barbershop. The lady who owns that place, has a horrible personality, and asks questions about what you eat or drink, she treats customers badly, she is a racist... I'm sorry but I was scared when she visited that place, that lady is an ordinary , it had to be said and it was said
