We have had several absolutely outstanding experiences with K&K flooring, including a hardwood floor installation this week. James So is great to work with: professional, helpful, super-responsive, knowledgeable. I found K&K Wood Floor through numerous positive online reviews and reached out in July for an estimate to replace my floors and stairs with LVP. Project Manager Patrick Liu visited the same day, listened closely, answered all my questions, and provided a detailed quote. I started working with James So with K&K flooring in March 2025, but I was unable to continue the project due to living overseas. Fast forward 8 months, and James was able to pick up right where we left off and quickly assemble his team. Not only did he honor the initial contract, but he reduced it due to the house being empty and not having to move around furniture. Further, he was completely flexible with the schedule as we were doing multiple projects concurrently.
James was respectful, insightful and kind throughout the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
