If it ain't broke don't fix it. The CoreLogic takeover has been a disaster, judging from my experience today. Took a whole day to perform simple tasks that used to take a total of 30 minutes and I never found a solution. I feel badly for the folks that work there and the interface is just awful/non-intuitive and the free virtual tour feature has lost all its pizzaz: The end result is ugly. 90% of the time there is no one to answer the phone which might make some sense if they improved the product and or made it more intuitive as far as the interface, but sadly the opposite is true and there is more need for customer service than ever before. Ever since Corelogic bought Homevisit, the service has tanked. There's no advice provided, no suggestions. Far too much CYA in my opinion. Time to find another Mom & Pop organization like homevisit used to be. Missing the good company it was...
