I recently hired Faithful Flooring to install the hardwood floor and a hand railing along my staircase, and I am beyond impressed with their work. From choosing the hardwood and style of a hand railing, quoting, to installation, everything went so smoothly. The installation crew were very nice and paid attention to every detail. They exactly matched the hand railing color to the staircase. They even fixed the staircase the other contractor didn’t install properly! I strongly recommend Faithful Flooring to anyone!

I am so satisfied with my new hardwood floors and stairs. I was thankful because Mr. Bae and his son were honest and did their best to communicate with me about this project. Also their installers were very detailed and skilled. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
