I couldn't be happier with Mark and his company's work. I used Defender to install a keypad and several door guards for my storage business. The workmanship was flawless and Mark's knowledge of locks and commitment to customer service is unparalleled. I've called Mark several times since he installed my system. He's always happy to take my call, patiently answer my questions, and offers to come out if we can't resolve the issue over the phone. Defender is the only company I'll use for my locks.
Highly recommended. I have never experienced such quick, convenient and friendly service. Not to mention trustworthy! We will definitely be back for more.
